20th Birthday Social Competition Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

1. These are the official Terms and Conditions for Motorhome Republic’s 20th Birthday Social follower competition (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 

Organiser 

2.The Competition is organised by Motorhome Republic part of the Webjet group, located at 1 Nelson Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010.  

Competition Period 

3.The Competition begins on the 19th of August 2025 and ends on 2nd September 2025. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered. 

How to Enter 

4. Participants can enter through Instagram and must do the following: 

4.1 Follow the official Motorhome Republic Instagram account motorhome__republic

4.2 Tag a legitimate Instagram account in the comments. 

4.3 Bonus entries (+3) for every time a follower shares the post to their story 

4.4 There are no limits to the number of times participants can enter 

Eligibility 

5. This Competition is open to individuals who: 

5.1 Are legal residents of Australia or New Zealand. 

5.2 Are 18 years of age or older. 

5.3 Have a valid Instagram account. 

5.4 Are not employees of Motorhome Republic, or their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings). 

Prize 

6. The prize for the Competition is one of three (3) $200 (AUD for Australian residents and NZD for New Zealand residents) e-gift cards. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. 

6.1 The prize will be sent to each winner's email address.    

Winner Selection 

7. This promotion is one of luck. 3 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries  

7.1 Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram from Motorhome Republic's official account within 3 days after the competition ends.  

7.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.  

7.3 In the event that an original winner forfeits their prize, only one redraw will occur. The re-drawn winner will be notified with 3 days of the original prize being forfeited. 

7.4 If a re-drawn winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited completely. 

Data Protection 

8. The personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition. By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection and use of your data for these purposes. 

General Terms 

9. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. 

9.1 The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without notice. 

9.2 The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9.3 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, or any other social media platform. 

9.4 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Prezzy Card or Prezzee Card.  

Limitation of Liability 

10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorhome Republic will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with the Competition, including, but not limited to, errors in the entry process, or technical failures.
