20th Birthday Competition Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

1. These are the official Terms and Conditions for Motorhome Republic’s 20th Birthday Booking Competition (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 

Organiser 

2.The Competition is organised by Motorhome Republic part of the Webjet group, located at 1 Nelson Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010.  

Competition Period 

3.The Competition begins on the 19th of August 2025 and ends on 2nd September 2025. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered. 

How to Enter 

4. Participants can enter through www.motorhomerepublic.com and must do the following: 

4.1 Make a valid motorhome booking during the promotional period  

4.2 There are no limits to the number of times participants can enter, each eligible booking will be automatically entered into the draw. 

Eligibility 

5. This Competition is open to individuals who: 

5.1 Are legal residents of Australia or New Zealand. 

5.2 Are 18 years of age or older. 

5.3 Are not employees of Motorhome Republic, or their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings). 

Prize 

6.1 One winner will receive cashback equal to the value of their eligible booking, up to a maximum of $2,000 NZD. 

6.2 If the total booking value is less than $2,000 NZD, the winner will receive cashback equal to the full value of their booking (not a full $2,000). 

6.3 If the total booking value exceeds $2,000 NZD, the winner will receive $2,000 as cashback. The remaining amount will be the responsibility of the customer. 

6.4 The cashback will be issued by Motorhome Republic only after the customer has completed full payment for the booking. 

Winner Selection 

7. This promotion is one of luck. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. 

7.1 Winners will be notified via phone call and email within 3 days after the competition ends.  

7.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.  

7.3 In the event that an original winner forfeits their prize, only one redraw will occur. The re-drawn winner will be notified with 3 days of the original prize being forfeited. 

7.4 If a re-drawn winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited completely. 

Data Protection 

8. The personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition. By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection and use of your data for these purposes. 

General Terms 

9. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. 

9.1 The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without notice. 

9.2 The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9.4 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with  

Limitation of Liability 

10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorhome Republic will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with the Competition, including, but not limited to, errors in the entry process, or technical failures. 

10.1 The winner is responsible for complying with all terms and conditions of the Supplier in respect of their booking and for ensuring that they have the necessary and valid travel documentation including passports, any requisite visas and vaccinations. Promoter is a booking agent only and will facilitate your booking with the vehicle rental supplier specified above (“Supplier”).  Your rental and use of the vehicle under your booking will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement with the Supplier. The rental agreement and any other documentation provided to you by the Supplier is between you and the Supplier and the Promoter will not be liable to you or to any third party in any way in relation to that agreement or your vehicle or rental service where your booking has been properly processed by us.  The Promoter is not responsible or liable to you for (i) the acts or omissions of the Supplier in respect of your booking or in the course of delivering the rental service to you; or (ii) any disputes in respect of your booking with that Supplier or that service, except in each case to the extent that responsibility for those matters may be imposed on us by applicable law.    

10.2 The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government and local consular offices.
