When you book a motorhome, you have the option of adding extra items to your rental. The type and quantity of extras available will depend on the vehicle you want to rent and the location you're picking up from. Find out more information about the type of extras you can add and how to add them below.
Optional extras
After you've made a search and selected a vehicle, you will have the option of choosing extra items to add to your motorhome rental. Depending on the vehicle, there can be a range of extras to choose from, however typically you can add things like:
- Camping chairs
- Camping tables
- Gas bottles
- Child seats
- First aid kits
- Roadside assistance
- Additional drivers
- Pet fee
- Unlimited mileage
The price of each extra item will be shown on the 'Select time and optional extras' page. If you don't see any optional extras, then these are not offered for the vehicle you have chosen.
All inclusive packages
Some rental companies offer packages, which include a number of different items. Generally, this will include liability reduction, as well as items from the extras list above. The package is optional and is charged on a per day basis.
If an all inclusive package is available, this will show on the 'Select time and optional extras' page after you have selected a vehicle.

How can I see what features and items are already included with the vehicle?
After you've made a search, you will see the list of available motorhomes for hire, including some of their features and benefits. In addition, each vehicle has a link saying 'Vehicle Details / Depot Info / Rental Terms', which you can see in the screenshot below. When you click on this link, you will be able to see:
- Photos of the motorhome
- The vehicle specifications (e.g. age, transmission, fuel type)
- What's included
- Living features
- Passenger and sleeping capacity
- Bed configuration
- Vehicle dimensions
- And more.
How do I see what's included in an all inclusive package?
If an all inclusive package is available, it will show on the 'Select time and optional extras' page. When you select the package, it will show what's included, or you can click on 'More info'. All inclusive packages are optional.
What is a Pet Fee?
Some rental companies allow you to bring a pet (usually a dog) with you on your campervan holiday. Generally, you will be charged an extra fee for this called a 'Pet Fee'. This goes towards the deep cleaning required for vehicles that have accommodated pets. The price of the 'Pet Fee' will depend on the rental company.
Can I add extras after I've already booked?
Most of our rental partners give you the option to add extras to your booking at the counter. Some companies, especially in the USA, only allow you to add prepaid mileage during your booking process, so if this has not been pre-booked you will have to pay for it by the end of your rental. Please note we are a global agent therefore extra items and prices will vary between companies. We suggest you check your booking details or with the rental company about which extras can be added at the counter.
