How do I find more details about the vehicle?
When you make search, each result will have a link saying 'Vehicle Details / Depot Info / Rental Terms'. Click on this link to see details about the vehicle, including the specifications, what's included, how many beds there are and more.
Why don't I see any vehicles when I make a search?
If you don't see any vehicles after you've made a search, it means that there is no availability for your travel dates. This is more likely to happen the closer you are to your travel dates, or if there is a major event happening in your travel location. We recommend that you book as early as possible to avoid missing out.
Where do I find the depot location details and pick up instructions?
You can find the address for the pick up location by clicking on the 'Vehicle Details / Depot Info / Rental terms' link on each result of the search page. See the screenshot below where the link is highlighted in red.
If you have already booked, the depot location and pick up instructions can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email, or in your account area of our website.
What do 'On Request' and 'Instant Confirmation' mean?
In the search results, you will see either 'On Request' or 'Instant Confirmation' for each vehicle. Here are the definitions:
On Request - We will request a booking from the supplier on your behalf for this vehicle. The booking will be subject to confirmation that the vehicle is available. If the vehicle is not available, we will search for a similar vehicle and contact you with the available options. You will not be charged until you have a confirmed booking.
Instant Confirmation - Your booking will be confirmed as soon as you book. You will be charged the amount specified on the 'Details and payment' page.
