Terms and Conditions

1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is GoSee Limited, 1 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, 0800 570 007. The promotion is run for GoSee’s motorhome rental brand, Motorhome Republic.  
2. Entry is open to customers who have booked a Star RV motorhome for pick up in Queenstown New Zealand during the promotional period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, 1st cousin or partner.  
3. Promotion commences at 12am NZST on Monday 8 July 2024 and closes at 11.59pm NZST on 28th July 2024 (Promotional Period).    
4. The winner will be notified by email by 4pm NZST 30th July 2024. 
5. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. GoSee Limited completely releases Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from any and all liability associated with this Competition. 

How to Enter  

6. To enter, entrants must, within the Promotional Period, book a Star RV motorhome for pick up from Queenstown NZ for travel between 1 August 2024 – 1 August 2025 (blackout dates apply) via MotorhomeRepublic.com. Entrants will be automatically entered into the draw by completing an eligible booking.  

Judging  

7. This promotion is one of luck. One winner will be randomly selected from all the valid entries at the end of the Promotional Period at GoSee Limited, 1 Nelson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, at 12pm NZST on 29th July 2024. The Promoter’s choice is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
8. The winners will be notified by email. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize by 4pm NZST 1st August 2024 by replying to the notification email.  
9. If a winner does not accept the prize within the specified time limit, the winner forfeits the prize and a re-draw will occur at the same time and location as the original draw, and the new winner will be notified by email week commencing Monday 5th August 2024 and must accept their prize by the 7th of August 2024.  
10. There will only be one redraw. If a redraw occurs and the redrawn winner does not accept their prize, the prize will be forfeited.  

Prize  

11. The prize winner will receive:   

a.  A voucher covering 7 days of the daily rate – issued by Star RV.  

b. A Queenstown adventure pack comprised of:  

• 2 x Bay Dreams Queenstown admission tickets 2025  
• 1 x adult voucher to Shotover Jet 
• 1 x Moa voucher to Ziptrek tours  
• 1 x Kiwi park admission ticket 
• 1 x $50 Fergburger voucher 
• 1 x $100 Night n Day gift card 
• Motorhome Republic merchandise 

12.  The prize will be distributed as follows: 

a. Star RV will issue a voucher for the winner to redeem on their booking with the following terms and conditions: 

• Travel Dates: 01 August 2024 - 01 August 2025 (subject to availability) 
• Length of hire: 7-day rental inclusive of pick up and drop of day 
• Blackout Dates: Public Holiday Weekends, long weekends, Peak periods in summer 
• Subject to availability, minimum hire periods apply, and one-way fees 
• The voucher includes Risk-Taker excess reduction cover, unlimited KMS, 24-hour roadside cover, camping chairs/table.  
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. 
• This voucher cannot be split into more than one hire 
• The bearer will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the voucher 
• This voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other Star RV promotions, offers, or discounts 
• Bookings must be confirmed through our reservations team  
• Standard Star RV terms and conditions apply 

b. The vouchers in the Queenstown adventure pack will be sent to the winner's email address and the Motorhome Republic merchandise will be given when the winner picks up their vehicle  

13. The winner is responsible for complying with all terms and conditions of the Supplier in respect of their booking and for ensuring that they have the necessary and valid travel documentation including passports, any requisite visas and vaccinations.  Promoter is a booking agent only and will facilitate your booking with the motorhome supplier specified above (“Supplier”).  Your rental and use of the vehicle under your booking will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement with the Supplier. The rental agreement and any other documentation provided to you by the Supplier is between you and the Supplier and the Promoter will not be liable to you or to any third party in any way in relation to that agreement or your vehicle or rental service where your booking has been properly processed by us.  The Promoter is not responsible or liable to you for (i) the acts or omissions of the Supplier in respect of your booking or in the course of delivering the rental service to you; or (ii) any disputes in respect of your booking with that Supplier or that service, except in each case to the extent that responsibility for those matters may be imposed on us by applicable law.    

General    

14. The Promoter may (but is not obliged to) at any time reject and/or remove from access by the public or disqualify or invalidate any Entry that it considers (in its sole judgment) is not eligible or infringes these terms and conditions. The Promoter will have no liability to entrants in that regard. If this occurs in respect of a winning Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry that is randomly drawn.  
15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.  
16. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter: Is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion; and accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access.  
17. To the fullest extent permitted by law and without limiting any other conditions of entry, the Promoter may, at its discretion, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.   
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, loss, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, winner’s travel companion or entrant; or (f) attendance at the prize event.  
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.  
20. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government and local consular offices.  
21. The Promoter and the Supplier will each use the personal information from your booking in accordance with its privacy policy and to conduct the promotion and administer the prize.
