What about NZ? Competition Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

1. These are the official Terms and Conditions for Motorhome Republic’s “What about New Zealand?” Instagram competition (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 

Organiser 

2.The Competition is organised by Motorhome Republic part of the Webjet Group, located at 1 Nelson Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010.  

Competition Period 

3.The Competition begins on the 4th of June 2025 at 12pm NZT and ends on 9th of June 2025 at 11:59 NZT. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered. 

Entry criteria 

4. Participants can enter the Competition through Instagram by: 1) following motorhome_republic 2) commenting their favourite thing about New Zealand on the competition post 3) tagging another account in their comment 

Eligibility 

5. This Competition is open to individuals who: 

5.1 Are legal residents of Australia or New Zealand. 

5.2 Are 18 years of age or older. 

5.3 Have successfully completed the entry criteria (see point 4) 

5.4 Are not employees of Motorhome Republic, or their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings). 

Prize 

6. The prize for the Competition is 1 x $200 Webjet eGift Card, issued in the winner’s choice of currency (AUD or NZD) 

6.1 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.  

6.2 The Webjet eGift Card will be sent to the winner's email address and is valid for 3 years from the date issued. Please see full Webjet eGift Card T&C’s here: Australia T&Cs , New Zealand T&Cs   

Winner Selection 

7. This promotion is one of luck. 1 winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received. 

7.1 The winner will be announced on the 10th of June 2025 through tagging the winner’s account on motorhome__republic’s Instagram story thereby notifying them by private message too.  

7.2 The winner has 7 days to claim their prize by replying with the email address they would like the Webjet eGift Card sent to.  

7.3 In the case that the winner does not claim their prize within the 7 days their prize will be forfeited and no redraw will occur. 

Data Protection 

8. The personal information you provide will be used for the purposes of administering the Competition. By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection and use of your data for these purposes. 

General Terms 

9. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. 

9.1 The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without notice. 

9.2 The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9.3 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, or any other social media platform. 

Limitation of Liability 

10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorhome Republic will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from or in connection with the Competition, including, but not limited to, errors in the entry process, or technical failures.
